LANDSCAPE LABORER / INSTALLER – HARDSCAPE DIVISION

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Ashton Pools By Design is hiring experienced outdoor construction team members for high-end pool, hardscape, and outdoor living projects throughout Sussex County.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with experience in

• Paver installation including concrete pavers, marble, travertine, and porcelain pavers
• Retaining walls
• Outdoor kitchens
• Fire features
• Pool decks and outdoor living spaces

Additional beneficial, but not required skills

• Stone veneer
• Masonry work
• Concrete work
• Grading and drainage
• Pool construction
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Experience with paver installation, retaining walls, grading, and site work required
• Ability to read plans and layouts preferred
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Hardscape construction experience is required.

Candidates with landscape maintenance experience only (mowing, mulching, lawn care, and maintenance services) will not be considered.
