Landscape Laborer – Groundsman LLC (Starting at $24/hr)

Job Responsibilities

Remove/install rock, mulch, landscape fabric, and plants
Perform physically demanding tasks like shoveling and hauling heavy materials in heat
Assist with sod work, grading, leaf cleanup, and dirt leveling
Maintain and clean tools and equipment
Participate in a team culture built around responsibility and effort

What This Job Is (and Isn’t)

This is a physical labor job. You’ll be shoveling rock, pushing wheelbarrows, and working in the heat. We provide hydration and snacks—but it’s still tough. If you're not prepared to put in consistent effort every day, this is not a fit. If you’re sick of working harder than everyone else around you—this is where you belong.
