Job Description

EverBold Landscaping is seeking a dependable Landscape Laborer to join our growing team. We are a premium landscaping company specializing in landscape installations, hardscaping, drainage solutions, and property enhancements throughout the Cincinnati area.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to be part of a professional team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installations and outdoor construction projects
• Plant trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Spread mulch, gravel, topsoil, and other landscape materials
• Assist with drainage and grading projects
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Follow instructions and company installation standards

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work well with a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Landscape or construction experience
• Experience using landscaping equipment and power tools
• Experience with hardscaping, drainage, or landscape installation
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow layout instructions

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
