Landscape Laborer / Driver

Job Description

EverBold Landscaping is seeking a dependable Landscape Laborer / Driver to join our growing team. We are a premium landscaping company specializing in landscape installations, hardscaping, drainage solutions, and property enhancements throughout the Cincinnati area.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and can safely operate a truck and trailer.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks and trailers to and from jobsites
• Load, unload, and secure equipment and materials
• Assist with landscape installations
• Plant trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Spread mulch, gravel, and soil
• Assist with drainage and grading projects
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Work efficiently as part of a team

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to tow a trailer safely (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Landscape or construction experience
• Experience operating skid steers, mini skid steers, or compact equipment
• Experience pulling trailers
• Experience with hardscaping, drainage, or landscape installation

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Typical hours: 7 AM – 4 PM
• Occasional overtime available
