Landscape Laborer

Grady Property Services is seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our growing team. We service a variety of residential and commercial properties throughout Southern Maine and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and edging services
• Maintain landscape beds through weeding and general upkeep
• Clean up grass clippings, leaves, and debris from job sites
• Safely operate commercial lawn care equipment
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment and trailers
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Work efficiently as part of a professional team

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Experience towing a trailer preferred
• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Ability to work well independently and with a team

Monday–Friday Location: Southern Maine Pay: Based on Experience
