Job Description

Koen Landscape Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape / Hardscape Laborer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality outdoor living spaces and are looking for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, work ethic, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardscape construction, landscape installation, and outdoor project execution. This position involves working as part of a team to build retaining walls, install paver patios, complete landscape installations, and perform other outdoor construction tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces
• Perform landscape installations including planting trees, shrubs, mulch, and decorative stone
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely
• Assist with grading, excavation, and site preparation
• Read and follow project plans and layout specifications
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience installing retaining walls and paver patios
• Experience with landscape installations
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred

• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or other landscaping equipment
• Experience reading landscape and hardscape plans
• Valid driver's license
