Landscape Installer

Description

Ryan Lawn & Tree, named one of the top three lawn and landscape companies in the U.S. is growing, and we're expanding our landscape team. We're looking for a Landscape Installer who takes pride in their work and loves seeing a finished project come to life. In this role, you'll work alongside a skilled crew to build and install beautiful landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients across the Kansas City area.

What You'll Do

• Install landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard
• Represent Ryan professionally on every job site with great customer service
• Operate tools and equipment safely in a variety of weather conditions

Requirements: * Experience in landscape, hardscape, construction, or a related field is a plus — but not required * Willingness to learn (we offer a structured training program) * Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions * Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude * Basic customer service and communication skills * Ability to pass background check, drug screening (including marijuana), and DOT physical
