We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Installation Crew Leader to join our team in Reynoldsburg. This role involves managing and installing landscape projects with a team of 2-4 crew members. The Landscape Installation Crew Leader will handle tasks such as tree, shrub, and perennial plant installation, brush removal, new landscape and lawn installation, hardscape installation (including pavers and retaining walls), large-scale pruning, and other landscape construction projects. • Lead and manage a team of 2-4 crew members in landscape installation projects
• Install trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Perform brush removal and new landscape and lawn installations
• Execute hardscape installations, including pavers and retaining walls
• Conduct large-scale pruning and other landscape construction tasks
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
