Landscape Install Crew Member

: Landscape Install Crew MemberLocation: Farmington Hills, MI Key Areas of Responsibilities:* Perform tasks like clearing and preparing job sites, grading terrain, digging trenches, and removing debris and other hazards. * Construct hardscape features, which may include laying paver patios, building retaining walls, installing fences, and setting stone or concrete walkways. * Install plants, trees, shrubs, sod, and mulch. * Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as heavy machinery such as skid steers, power saws, and jackhammers.

______________________________________________________________________________Education, Experience and Skills Required:* Communication with management or crew leader as it relates to the job site schedule * Conduct work in a safe manner * Landscape Hardscape field experience is preferred. * Experience in heavy equipment preferred * Valid Drivers license preferred * Willing to take on additional duties and/or miscellaneous tasks, as needed * Punctuality and a strong work ethic are highly valued.

Physical Requirements:* The ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions. * Must be able to work for uninterrupted extended periods of time. * The ability to lift at least 50 lbs., bend, and squat for extended periods.
