Job Function

Serve as the onsite leader for various landscape installation projects. _____________________________________________________________________________________Duties and Responsibilities:* Managing the crew: Assigning tasks, providing training, and mentoring crew members. * Ensuring quality: Overseeing the work to ensure it meets standards and meets customer expectations. * Managing resources: Making sure the crew has the tools and materials they need, and keeping track of materials and time * Maintaining the job site: Keeping the job site clean and the equipment trailer organized. * Operating equipment: Using standard landscaping construction equipment and operate company trucks/trailers safely. * Communicating: Keeping management updated on the project and providing feedback on employee performance. * Completing documentation: Complete any necessary documentation

Minimum Qualifications:* 5 years’ experience in commercial landscape industry * 3 years of professional landscape installation experience * 1-2 years supervisory experience and leadership skills * Have a chauffeur's license or the ability to get one
