Landscape Install Crew Leader

Timberline Landscapes is hiring an experienced Install Crew Leader to manage and develop a field crew, oversee on-site install operations, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires leadership, technical skill, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities:* Lead and train install crew members on-site * Plan daily tasks, delegate work, and maintain high-quality standards * Operate landscaping and construction equipment safely * Maintain job site organization, equipment, and materials * Communicate daily with the operations team * Enter accurate data, timesheets, and project documentation

Requirements

* 3+ years landscaping experience * 1+ years in a leadership role * Knowledge of hardscaping, irrigation, and LED lighting * Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles * Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
