Landscape Foreman

Job Overview LawnWorks is seeking a Landscape Foreman to oversee and manage multiple crews. During the grow season for landscaping crews and snow crews during snow season. This is a working supervisor position that is a year-round position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the landscaping teams with the values of the company in mind.
• Train and mentor new staff.
• Operate various tools and equipment.
• Schedule and balance crews, manage schedules of crew members and consider weather conditions.
• As needed, communicate effectively with customers providing updates and addressing concerns. Provide expert recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Highly detailed and organized.
• Problem solver and works through various challenges.
• Works well with others, is relatable and meshes well with current company culture. Serves others. Maintains a positive attitude.
• Adaptable, creates new plans on the fly.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture.
• Cares about the details and strives for great quality from all employees
• Possess or ability to obtain DOT health card
• 3+ years of experience in landscaping, preferable to have 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Familiar with construction processes related to landscaping projects.
• Valid MN Driver’s License
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Follows all internal company safety policies and sets example.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
