Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting
• Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion while maintaining safety standards
• Oversee lawn care
• Train and mentor crew members on horticultural practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality control and troubleshoot issues proactively

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping projects
• Strong background in horticulture, gardening, or related fields with practical knowledge of plant health and landscape design principles
• Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor environments such as hardscaping or grading
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects effectively
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors
