Landscape Foreman

Blue Crest Lawn & Landscape is seeking a skilled and reliable Foreman to lead our lawn care and landscaping crews. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who not only understands lawn maintenance but also has solid experience in landscaping and project execution.

We’re looking for someone who can manage a team, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise lawn care and landscaping crews on a daily basis
• Perform and oversee lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)
• Plan and execute landscaping projects from start to finish
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
• Train crew members and ensure quality workmanship
• Communicate with clients when needed and represent the company professionally
• Ensure all jobs are completed on time and meet company standards

Required Experience

• Proven experience in lawn care and landscaping
• Experience leading or supervising a crew
• Knowledge of landscaping installs (plants, sod, mulch, basic design)
• Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment
• Strong understanding of job site safety and efficiency

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hardscape work (pavers, retaining walls) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license (and clean driving record preferred)
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
