Landscape Foreman

This is a long term, year around position working as a part of our landscaping team. We are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking person. This person should have at least 4 years field experience working with softscapes and hardscapes. The applicant will work in the field while leading a crew.

*Minimum Qualifications*

• Valid MN Class A driver’s license with current DOT health card (required by start of position)
• Previous experience working with landscape design, build and maintenance
• Knowledge of: Plant identification, installation technique and reading landscape design
• Hardscape materials and technique familiarity
• Proficient equipment and power tool operator
• Snow removal experience
• Responsible, honest and hard working Customer service driven (understanding the needs of the customer)
• Proven leadership ability
• Quality and results driven
