Compensation

$27 – $32+ per hour starting wage (based on qualifications)

What the Job Looks Like

Job installations include hardscape (installing retaining walls, paver driveways and patios, natural stone, retaining walls, etc.), softscape (planting trees, shrubs, perennials, stone and brick edging, rock and mulch, etc.), and earthwork (grading, drainage, sod, etc.)

Position Requirements

• 2-3 years minimum hardscape experience
• Ability to install materials per plan and contract requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Manage landscape crews (3+) quality and productivity
• Installation knowledge of plantings, sod, piping, earthwork and construction methods
• Operate landscape equipment — Trucks, skid-steer, and power tools
