Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering an opportunity for growth within a company that values quality, teamwork, and client satisfaction. The Foreman will lead and work alongside a crew to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew of 2–4 employees, serving as both leader and hands-on worker.
• Oversee daily tasks and ensure proper delegation of responsibilities to crew members.
• Operate tools and equipment, including but not limited to walker mowers and small landscaping machinery.
• Heavy landscape equipment use is a plus but not required.
• Participate in constructing and maintaining various landscape elements.
• Complete and submit paperwork, including timesheets, fuel receipts, and vendor invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Driver’s License.
• *Commercial Driver’s License is a plus but not required.*
• Must have landscape installation and maintenance experience for a minimum of 5 years.
• Small equipment operation is a must including walker mowers.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturdays (until July 4th weekend)

Location

Our work is based in Southampton and extends east to Montauk. We do not operate west of the Shinnecock Canal.
