Landscape Foreman

SUMMARY

This position works as a foreman of a Landscape Maintenance team and is responsible for leading the crew and maintaining the grounds of commercial and residential properties. The incumbent will oversee and operate power equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, pruners. Foreman must be able to perform a variety of tasks which may include any combination of mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, raking, and any other landscaping tasks, as well managing the work crew. The incumbent must be able lift 50 pounds, be willing to work outdoors, have reliable transportation, and a good work ethic. A minimum of six months experience preferred, but not required. This is a full-time permanent position. RESPONSIBILITIES OF LANDSCAPE FOREMAN* Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, raking, pruning, etc. * Communicate well with General Manager * Oversee maintenance of assigned commercial and residential properties in a timely manner * Ensure a clean and safe environment for both employees and clients * Responsible for assigned equipment and truck

JOB REQUIREMENTS OF LANDSCAPE FOREMAN

* 1+ years of supervising experience * 3+ years of landscaping maintenance experience * Bilingual, fluent in Spanish is required * Ability to oversee the maintenance of properties * Ability to load and unload equipment on to trucks * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Enjoy working outdoors * Have good work ethic * Submit to Drug Test and Background Check * Have a valid Driver's License, and positive driving record
