Job Description

EverBold Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead installation crews and oversee high-quality landscape and hardscape projects throughout the Cincinnati area.

This position is ideal for a motivated leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, can manage a crew effectively, and is committed to completing projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a landscape installation crew on a daily basis
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Read and execute landscape and hardscape plans
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment on jobsites
• Communicate with clients professionally when needed
• Train and mentor crew members
• Perform quality control throughout each project
• Operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, mini skid steers, and other equipment
• Assist with landscape, drainage, hardscape, and outdoor living projects
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely pull and maneuver trailers
• Previous landscape, hardscape, or construction experience
• Leadership experience managing crews
• Ability to read plans and follow project specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape or construction experience
• Experience leading crews and managing projects
• Experience operating skid steers, mini skid steers, excavators, and compact equipment
• Experience with paver patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, grading, and plant installations
• CDL (not required but preferred)
