Key Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of laborers and be able to teach them proper techniques to get the job done efficiently and properly
• Perform physical labor on landscape maintenance/installation/removal work
• Operate and maintain landscape tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Have at least 1 year of skid steer operating experience
• Follow industry regulations and best practices for safety on the job and with equipment and vehicles
• Communicate with team members and management to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns if a manager isn't readily available
• If needed, assist with general lawn care duties, including mowing (previous experience preferred but not necessary)
