Landscape Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape Foreman to join our team. This position is responsible for leading landscape installation and maintenance crews while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on landscaping experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage job sites from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape installation and maintenance crews
• Install plants, trees, shrubs, mulch, sod, and other landscape materials
• Perform landscape maintenance including trimming, pruning, edging, and clean-ups
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
• Communicate with team members and management regarding job progress
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements

• Prior experience in landscaping (installation and/or maintenance)
• Experience leading a crew or working as a foreman preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and trucks
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
