### LANDSCAPE FOREMAN

The Landscape Foreman leads and manages landscape crews. This position works closely with landscape designers to install a range of landscape projects.

• Valid and insurable WI Commercial Drivers License (CDL) required
• Minimum 5 years experience leading landscape crews
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and to work a minimum of 8 hours a day performing physical labor
• Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain landscape related equipment such as medium duty trucks, trailers, skid steer loaders, compactors, sod cutters, and any other necessary equipment
• Demonstrated knowledge of landscape plants and construction, including but not limited to: retaining walls, grading, patios, walks, water features, and outdoor lighting
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Ability to manage, train and motivate up to six landscape personnel
• Ability to work with a wide range of people, alone, or as part of a team
