Duties

• Supervise daily operations of landscaping crews to ensure efficient project completion and adherence to safety protocols
• Coordinate landscape activities, including planting, and irrigation setup
• Oversee construction projects such as installing hardscapes, planting beds, and other landscape features
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and environmental regulations
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure proper use of tools for landscaping and construction tasks

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in landscaping and hardscapes.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance
• Experience with construction projects involving hardscaping or landscape installation
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
• Ability to interpret plans, and drawings related to landscaping projects
• Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
