### Responsibilities

• #### Apply tree, shrub, and turf fertilization, and insect and disease control programs safely and efficiently
• #### Evaluate job sites for pests, insects, weeds, and diseased vegetation
• #### Properly mix, fill tanks, load, deliver, apply, and store chemicals
• #### Maintain and repair equipment as needed
• #### Document and retain pesticide application use records in compliance with local, state, and federal law
• #### Ensure all procedures comply with safety standards and company guidelines
• #### Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
• #### Complete administrative procedures and attend meetings as required
• #### Perform winter services such as snow clearing, plowing, shoveling, and salting as needed

### Qualifications

• #### Valid driver's license & Reliable transportation is REQUIRED
• #### Current Pesticide Applicator OR Registered Technician License preferred (Testing available)
• #### Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
• #### Professional understanding of chemicals, fertilizers, and controlled substances
• #### Strong customer service and communication skills
• #### Ability to work efficiently and meet challenging goals
• #### Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements

Offered compensation: $25/hr - $30/hr
