Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for maintaining and repairing vehicles and equipment? Join our team as a Mechanic, where you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet and tools in top condition across multiple locations. What You’ll Do:* Use computerized diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot vehicle and equipment issues * Perform hands-on repairs: brake pads, tires, hydraulic pumps, mower blades, filters, etc. * Complete routine maintenance: oil changes, filter replacements, blade sharpening, etc. * Conduct safety inspections of vehicles and 2-cycle equipment at Winter Haven and 5 branch locations * Maintain accurate daily records for repairs, receipts, and operating expenses * Keep the shop, service truck, and inventory organized and clean * Operate skid steers, loaders, and tree lifts (a plus, not required)

Types of Equipment You’ll Work On

* 2-Cycle Equipment: Stihl weed eaters, edgers, blowers, chainsaws * Lawn Mowers: eXmark & Wright Stander * Vehicles: Ford, International, Isuzu, Nissan, Dodge * Loaders: Kubota & John Deere * Trailers: Lawn trailers and goosenecks * Hydraulics: Pumps and lines

Requirements

* Strong diagnostic and technical repair skills * Experience with a wide range of landscaping and vehicle equipment * Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions * Detail-oriented with a clean and safety-focused work style * Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
