Today, we're entering an exciting new chapter with the continued growth of The Design Studio at Barton Springs Nursery and the opening of our beautiful new Downtown Design Studio + Showroom in the heart of Austin.

This expansion has allowed us to bring together landscape design, horticulture, outdoor living, furnishings, and lifestyle under one roof—creating a truly unique experience for both our clients and our team.

We're seeking a talented Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect to join our growing design team and help shape some of Austin's most inspiring residential landscapes.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly creative, design-driven studio backed by one of the region's most respected plant and horticultural resources.

You'll work alongside a collaborative team of designers, project managers, horticulturists, and installation professionals to create landscapes that are beautiful, ecologically meaningful, and deeply connected to the lives of our clients.

Our work ranges from intimate urban gardens to large residential estates, blending architecture, landscape, ecology, and outdoor living into cohesive experiences.

We believe great landscapes do more than look beautiful—they improve lives, create habitat, foster connection, and inspire people to spend more time outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with clients to understand their goals, lifestyle, and vision
• Develop creative landscape concepts and detailed design solutions
