Landscape Designer

Responsibilities* Drive the full lifecycle of the design process, playing an active role from concept through construction. * Collaborate directly with clients through material selections, project execution, and managing expectations. * Develop comprehensive design graphics, technical drawings, and presentation-quality illustrations. * Prepare detailed material take-offs and project bids, and price proposals based on rendered designs. * Partner with vendors to source materials required for associated designs while actively working through production challenges. * Manage an existing client base for references and potential new work, utilizing strong sales skills.

Requirements

* Experience: Open to Junior through Senior levels; experience as a Landscape Designer or Architect within a design/build firm with previous residential design and estimating is preferred. * Education: A BS in Landscape Architecture is preferred. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and/or InDesign).
