Our owner built this business from the ground up, and now we're looking for the right person to step in, take the reins on day-to-day operations, and grow alongside us — not just as an employee, but as a partner.

The Opportunity

This isn't your typical sales job. We're looking for someone who can do it all — design a beautiful space, sell the client on the vision, and then manage the project through to completion. If you thrive on variety and want to own the full client experience, this role was built for you.

You'll work closely with the owner to learn the business, then take over as the primary face of the company for new and existing clients. As you prove yourself and grow revenue, there's a clear path to equity — real ownership in a profitable, established company.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients to assess their needs and develop landscape design concepts
• Prepare and present proposals, renderings, and estimates to prospective clients
• Manage projects from signed contract through final walkthrough — on time and on budget
• Oversee scheduling, crew coordination, and communication
• Manage existing client accounts and drive repeat and referral business

What We're Looking For

• Landscape design experience — 10+ years experience
• Proven sales ability — you know how to build relationships and close
• Project management skills — you don't just sell it, you see it through to completion
• Self-starter — you thrive with autonomy and don't need to be micromanaged
• Integrity — our reputation is everything; we want someone who treats clients and crews with respect

Compensation

• Base draw against commission (negotiable based on experience)
