Landscape Crew Member

Landscape Pros Management is looking for qualified Landscape Crew Members to work with our existing maintenance crews which provide landscaping services to our various residential and commercial clients.

Duties and responsibilities

• Mowing turf, trimming, edging and blowing using power equipment and PPE
• Pruning shrubs and trees as need for growth and to remove damages
• Planting and maintaining flower beds per site requirements
• Applying mulch as needed
• Clean up and removal of trash and debris at work sites
• Performing weeding by hand or with equipment as needed per site
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements/skills

• Previous experience in outdoor labor including, but not limited to: landscaping, construction, grounds maintenance and repair, or similar work.
• Able to perform manual labor including lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Stable employment history and favorable employment references.
• Track record of excellent attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to physically perform basic functions of bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, sitting, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking and hearing. Must be able to operate machines and tools such as mowers and weed whackers to perform tasks. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
