Eaton Rapids, MI Pay: Starting at $19.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

R&D Landscape is a full-service landscape company specializing in landscape construction, maintenance, irrigation, fertilization, and snow management throughout Mid-Michigan.

Responsibilities

* Install landscape beds, trees, shrubs, and plant material. * Assist with retaining walls, patios, drainage systems, grading, and landscape construction. * Operate landscape construction equipment as experience allows. * Work safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship. * Assist foremen with project completion. * Maintain a clean and organized job site. * Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Landscape construction experience preferred. * Construction experience is helpful. * Ability to learn equipment operation. * Valid Driver's License preferred. * Dependable attendance. * Strong work ethic. * Coachable attitude. * Interest in long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, and work outdoors throughout the day. * Ability to regularly lift materials and equipment. * Ability to work in varying weather conditions. * Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
