Crew leaders must be self-driven, able to complete projects with little supervision and provide a finished product of quality and excellence, effectively communicate with management, customers, and fellow crew members to give our customers an enjoyable experience. Crew members must enjoy working outdoors and pride themselves in being a part of a beautiful finished product for our clients.

Landscape Crew Member

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class E driver’s license with clean driving record
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• 2 years previous employment requiring intense extended physical labor
• Weekend availability as needed to complete projects on schedule

Preferred

• 1 years landscape maintenance experience (Shrub pruning, plant care, lawn mowing, lawn renovation)
• 1 years working on a landscape installation crew that construct...
