Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Field Associate to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of outdoor tasks to maintain and enhance the appearance of residential, commercial, and public landscapes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping tasks including pruning, mowing, edging, and mulching.
• Safely operate and handle landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a respectful and quiet presence on customer properties.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear.
• Adhere to company dress code and uniform standards.
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions, including high heat.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely.
• Proficiency in the safe operation of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and follow directions from supervisors.
• Consistent punctuality and reliability in attendance.
• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Valid drivers license is required
