Landscape Crew Member

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Hardscaping/Landscaping Crew Member to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and works well in a team environment. Experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and other hardscape features
• Perform landscape installation including sod, mulch, plants, shrubs, and trees
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely
• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
• Assist with grading, excavation, drainage, and site preparation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow project plans and directions from crew leaders
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers

Qualifications

• Landscaping or hardscaping experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions
