Required Experience

• Ability to work well with others and take directions from crew leaders
• Lift 70+ pounds on a regular basis
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude
• Pride in workmanship
• Detail oriented

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of landscaping experience
• Experience driving with an attached trailer
• Experience with hardscaping
• Experience with a commercial lawn mower
• Willing to work snow removal in winter

Big Plus

• Experience using powered landscape equipment
• Experience with plant and weed identification
• Ability to speak Spanish
• Pesticide/Herbicide Certification
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License
