Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Organize jobsite setup, assign daily tasks, and ensure all work meets company standards
• Communicate with clients and managers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Track crew hours, materials used, and job progress for accurate reporting
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized worksite
• Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills and uphold company values

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading landscaping crews
• Valid drivers license (CDL is a plus)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
