Landscape Crew Leader

Position Overview

Elite Coastal Landscaping is looking for a reliable and experienced Landscape Crew Leader who takes pride in their work and enjoys leading a team. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead landscape installation and enhancement projects from start to finish while guiding a crew to stay efficient and organized. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape crew on a daily basis
• Perform and oversee landscape installation work including planting, sod installation, grading, mulching, and hardscape support
• Read and follow landscape plans and project instructions to ensure accurate installation
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and is completed on schedule
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and transport equipment, plants, and materials to job sites
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professionally maintained
• Complete daily checklists and report any issues, material shortages, or equipment needs

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in landscaping or a similar field
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
• Strong knowledge of landscaping equipment, plant installation, and best practices
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Good time management and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $18–$35 per hour
• Benefits available after 90 days, including insurance options
