About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Driver to oversee daily landscaping operations and ensure high-quality work on every job site. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a landscaping crew on daily job sites
• Safely operate a company truck and trailer to transport crew, tools, and equipment
• Complete landscaping projects efficiently and on schedule
• Perform hands-on landscape work, including:
• Lawn and landscape maintenance
• Mulching and planting
• Irrigation repairs and installations
• General landscape labor
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with clients as needed
• Maintain equipment and promote safe work practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve job site issues independently

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping experience
• Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must be 25+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Experience driving trucks with trailers
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
