Position Overview

The Crew Lead supervises installation crews and coordinates daily landscape construction activities. This role ensures installation quality, job-site safety, and project efficiency while supporting the company’s operational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• supervise and coordinate daily installation crew activities
• ensure landscape installation quality and project timelines
• train entry-level landscapers in installation procedures and safety practices
• operate landscaping and light construction equipment
• maintain job-site safety standards
• communicate project updates with operations management

Minimum Qualifications

• experience in landscape installation, construction, or related field
• ability to supervise small work crews
• familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment
• valid driver’s license preferred
• ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme summer heat
