What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading and organizing your maintenance crew daily Following weekly schedules and completing jobs on time Delegating tasks and ensuring quality standards are met Supervising maintenance, watering, and chemical applications Monitoring plant health and identifying disease or pest issues Ensuring crew safety compliance Entering time for yourself and crew members Communicating professionally with clients and team members

You will be the face of Blackjack Horticulture on your job sites.

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience Strong work ethic and leadership mindset Detail-oriented and organized Professional and respectful communicator Positive attitude and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
