As we continue to expand our landscape division, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Lead to oversee and work alongside a team of Landscape Technicians on residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to safely and efficiently complete projects within allocated timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, supervise, and work alongside a team of Landscape Technicians.
• Provide clear direction and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Motivate team members and recognize individuals who excel in performance and workmanship.
• Maintain a productive, positive, and safety-focused job site environment.

Project Execution

• Safely and efficiently complete landscape installation projects within the allotted time and budget.
• Ensure jobs are completed without exceeding estimated labor hours whenever possible.
• Maintain quality control and uphold company standards on every project.

Client Interaction

• Communicate professionally with clients on job sites.
• Address client questions or concerns and relay important information to management when necessary.

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate skid steers, loaders, and other landscape equipment.
• Safely drive company trucks with trailers in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
