Landscape Coordinator

The Landscape Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the landscape management/maintenance program. The community standards require a first-class level of maintenance and operations at all times. Well maintained common areas and boulevards are major assets of the Association and their protection and improvement must be paramount.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provided assistance and support to the Landscape and Community Managers.

Visually inspect landscape daily and issue repair or maintenance work orders as directed related to trees, shrubs, turf, irrigation, drainage and seasonal color.

Coordinate with the landscape contractor and Landscape Manager for turf care, plant and shrub replacement, trimming and follow through of contract per HOA and District guidelines.

Monitor irrigation systems and equipment to ensure proper irrigation levels and efficient use of water.
