Position Overview

Foxscapes is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Manager to lead and grow our Lansingl branch.

This executive leadership role is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and operational leadership of the Lansing Location. The Landscape Construction Manager will oversee landscape construction operations, drive sales growth, manage financial performance, and develop a high-performing team.

Primary Responsibilities

Landscape Construction Operations

• Oversee all landscape construction projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards
• Manage production schedules and crew performance
• Improve operational efficiency and project margins
• Oversee equipment, materials, and jobsite planning
• Maintain safety standards and quality control

Sales & Market Growth

• Support sales team performance
• Drive revenue growth across, Landscape Construction, Lawn & Landscape Maintenance, and Snow & Ice Management
• Participate in strategic sales opportunities and key client relationships
• Work with marketing to expand Foxscapes brand presence.

Financial Performance & Business Management

• Monitor job costing, labor efficiency, and overhead
• Manage budgets and cost controls
• Ensure strong financial discipline and cash flow
• Execute company growth strategies and targets

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit and retain high-performing team members
• Develop strong foremen and field leadership
• Mentor crew leaders
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability
