Landscape Construction Lead

Overview

​Build unique and luxurious outdoor living environments across North Idaho. Working under the site manager, you'll learn to craft incredible spaces using a variety of landscaping disciplines. Some experience required, but not a long career. We will train and lead for the right candidate. Experience with sprinkler systems, lawns and plants, operating machinery, and installing stone hardscaping a plus.

Pay scale provides opportunities for profit-sharing and commission payouts, along with cash bonuses for performance.

Duties

• Lead and supervise landscape construction crews to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
• Operation of equipment
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and team members to interpret project plans and specifications accurately.

Requirements

• Some experience in landscape construction, landscaping, or related outdoor projects.
• Familiarity with construction processes including site preparation, hardscaping, planting techniques, and equipment operation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $22.00 - $50.00 per hour
