Landscape Construction Laborer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance and hardscape installation, ensuring that our clients' properties are visually appealing.

• Operate hand tools and machinery for various landscaping tasks.
• Assist in the installation of irrigation and drainage systems
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility of properties.
• Engage in tree pruning, mulching, edging, and weeding.
• Build landscape features such as flower beds, concrete and paver pathways, retaining walls and concrete.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment during and after use.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is required.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating various landscaping equipment.
• Familiarity with digging and wheelbarrows is a MUST.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
