Position Summary

The Foreman, Landscape Installation is a critical field leader responsible for overseeing landscape installation crews and supporting the successful execution of new build installation and construction projects. This role combines hands-on landscape installation work with crew leadership responsibilities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The Foreman, Landscape Installation leads teams in activities including digging, grading, planting, tree bracing, mulching, laying sod, and site clean-up while reading design plans, performing layout inspections, and supporting project walkthroughs to ensure client satisfaction. This team member reports directly to the Project Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities

As one of our Foremen, Landscape Installation, you will have the following areas of responsibility:

Crew Leadership & Project Execution

* Lead crew members and crew leaders to install landscaping according to project plans and specifications on commercial and residential properties

* Delegate tasks and train new crew members and crew leaders to perform work efficiently and safely

* Track project progress and maintain accountability for high-quality completion

* Conduct daily planning with the Landscape Superintendent

Project Management & Resource Coordination

* Ensure assigned client projects are completed on time and within budget
