Position Summary

We’re looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman who enjoys leading from the front, working with their hands, takes pride in great work, and knows how to keep a crew motivated and on-track. In this role, you’ll oversee projects from the first shovel in the ground to the final walkthrough, making sure everything is built right, on time, and with Copper Creek quality.

If you enjoy seeing a design come to life on site, working with a solid team, and building strong relationships with clients and coworkers, this could be a great fit. You’ll be both a leader and a mentor, helping entry-level and experienced crew members do their best work.
