Landscape Architect II / Director of Design

Breckon Land Design is seeking an experienced and motivated landscape architect licensed in Idaho or with the ability to obtain their Idaho license through reciprocity. Licensure in other states is a plus. Responsibilities include working closely with the Owner and Director of Operations on staff coordination and leadership, collaborating with clients and other team members, completing site inventory/analysis, developing designs and technical solutions, preparing cost estimates, participating in public hearings and community meetings, and directly participating in the production of high-quality construction documents. Applicants should meet the following criteria: * Licensed in Idaho or with the ability to obtain by reciprocity. * 8-12+ years landscape architecture experience in commercial and residential projects. * Strong work ethic. * Ability to meet project schedules while maintaining quality * A willingness to work on multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Proven experience guiding and providing oversight to project teams. * Energetic and responsible professional highly motivated to achieve class-leading results in an organization that values the same.
