What You'll Do

Depending on experience and team placement, responsibilities may include: * Landscape installation projects * Mulch installation and bed maintenance * Planting shrubs, flowers, and landscape materials * Edging and property improvements * Lawn care and property maintenance * Patio and retaining wall installation * Hardscape construction projects * Material loading, unloading, and site preparation * Maintaining safe and organized job sites

What We're Looking For

* Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions * Landscaping, hardscape, construction, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required * Willingness to learn and grow * Valid driver's license preferred

Compensation & Benefits
