Landscape and Building Maintenance Tech

Essential Duties include, but are not limited to: * You will be assigned to work on large commercial properties, with lots of daily variety of work. * Inspect properties for hazards, remedy damage and debris removal. * Must have Landscape experience to include sprinkler repair, equipment use, shrub care, and other aspects of lawn and bed care. * Snow Removal duties during off season * Some building maintenance tasks. * Help teammates with special projects including relandscape and some building maintenance. * Be self-motivated and a team player who works well with others.

Requirements: * Must be 18 years or older * Valid driver's license * Must be able to lift 50 pounds * Pre-hire drug screening

This is a full-time position w/medical and dental insurance; 401(K), paid time off benefits.

$15 - $18 per hour based on experience
