Landscape Account Manager

*Job Summary* The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, grounds, and equipment, ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment for all occupants. *Duties* - Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff in daily tasks - Develop and implement maintenance procedures to enhance efficiency - Manage irrigation systems, landscaping, lawn care, tree care, and garden maintenance - Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing repair or improvement - Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for maintenance activities - Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects *Requirements* - Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and general maintenance work - Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise a team - Knowledge of building systems and equipment maintenance - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and external partners

Pay: $4,713.86 - $5,676.91 per month
